COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT

​Mhlumeni camp is built on community involvement and relies on the members of the community and their services to run the camp smoothly and efficiently. The community members keep the camp running from management level to entertainment, with local traditional dancers performing for the guests, to suppling the groceries for cooked meals. The camp has empowered the community and in turn the community have made the camp a great success and wonderful experience for all who visit.
